Do I really need superior in PTE?

I’m about to finish my Medical Physics PhD (Oct) and will be aiming for 189. My expected score is 90 with proficient English and 100 with superior English. I’m studying for PTE atm and just wondering how much should I worry about getting superior English? I do kinda need to get an invite asap as I can’t start training in my field until I get PR.
