How do overseers called in game's files?

So, i'm making a mod for rw's text. I want to only change "overseer" to other word for my friend, but i can't find any mentions in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rain World\RainWorld_Data\StreamingAssets\text\text_eng" cuz it's all encrypted.

What must i do??

Thanks for help!
