Feature Request - Should Be Able to Open Messages in Separate Windows

Is there a place that I can submit a formal feature request for the Windows Proton Mail application? Has it already been submitted and I can upvote it?

I find it very frustrating that I can't open multiple messages at the same time in the Windows version of the app. I want to be able to view more than one at time including draft emails.

Why was this design chosen for the Windows version of the app? It makes no sense to me.
