Anyone here ever had to insure a private bridge?

We’re looking at a rural property that has a small private bridge as the only vehicle access to the house. It got me wondering how something like that is actually handled by insurance.

Is a private bridge normally covered under homeowners/property insurance, or do you need some kind of separate specialty policy? And if flooding or a fallen tree took it out, would insurance typically cover the full replacement cost?

Curious if anyone here has dealt with this before, especially on rural properties.
