What would you do if you had 1.35 million?

I am a gay male in my mid 30s. I work in healthcare (not physician, not dentist, not pharm D) and my occupation is considered working class and not high paying.

I do have 1.35 million on my brokerage account. What would you do if you were in my shoes?

I am very frugal and I dont know how to spend money.

But sometimes I want to live in the moment. I know i can afford to spend 3k dollars from it each and every month on top of my savings from paycheck. Spending that amount of money will improve my life quality dramatically but I am still hesistsnt to spend money.

For your information I didnt inherit or receive the money from someone else. I just lucked out of stock investments. I have realized gains over the years and paid my tax previous years. So I have only unrealized gains of about 100k and I have about 1.3 million after tax
