How do I clean slate my game?

I was trying to mod XV2 today, but i couldnt completely download the depot version 1.25 to use DBXV2 patcher and INS, so after abandoning the idea to another day I tried to delete the files from DBXV2 folder and get the application error 0xc000007b and system notification "Untrusted System File (\\?\GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolume3\Program Files(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\DB Xenocerse 2\vin\xinput1_3.dll), so I tried deleting it and when enetering the game it says "The Game statted without EAC. Multiplayer matches may not be possible" hoe gan i get it back to normal? Or maybe successfully mod it in the future?
