Is it just me? Q-Global question

Good morning (for me anyways). I have been trying to get signed up at Q-Global so I can go to their purchase menu and review options for selecting tests, usages, etc. I am hoping to access a battery of their tests for an annual fee plus usage... assuming something like this is available. I have a Pearson assessments website account with qualification level B. The sign-in information I have for that website does not work for signing in at Q-Global even though, from what I've found, it should. I have inquired support through both websites about getting help with this and gotten no response. Does anyone have insight into this process? Or details on what's available regarding paying a subscription to use tests without paying to purchase individual assessments? Thanks in advance!
