Market cap vs Equal weight?

I'm just curious what people's thoughts were on this. Although I'm pretty sure i know what the outcome here is going to be. Pretty much a retirement fund. 30 years to go.

- Vanguard all worlds. (60%)

- Momentum - IWFM (20)

- Small caps value - AVSG (20%)

OR

- Invesco MSCI World Equal Weight (90%) + emerging markets. (10%)
