Symptoms I should watch out for?

Hi guys this is my first time posting in this sub because I have never tried a GLP-1 before!

I did my first injection of 0.25mg of Ozempic yesterday and I cannot lie to you guys I have been very nervous. I have heard a lot of success stories, but I cant help but focus on the horror stories. I just wanted to know what I should be looking for in terms of side effects? What is normal and what is not normal for this dosage?

So far I have had a mild headache, some nausea, and my stomach kind of feels like it’s carrying a rock in it.

I don’t know if this is relevant information as well, but I am a 25 year old woman who is 5’7 and weighs almost 200 pounds. I also have POTS and IBS if that is relevant at all.

Anyways what are the signs I should look out for in terms of symptoms? What is normal? What are red flags I should look out for?
