Where do I purchase Litecoin without an ID

Where can I buy LTC without an ID? I am currently 15 years old, turning 16 on December and do not have a government-issued ID at the moment. However, I do have an bank account that I use to collect money which I earned from saving and through various online jobs. I also have a PayPal and CashAPP account, both of them are linked to my bank account.

I am looking for a legitimate place where I can purchase a small amount of Litecoin about $10-$15 without high fees and without needing to provide an ID.

Can anyone recommend such a place?

Thank you!
