How is the general quality for sub $100 wireless earphones these days?

Alright, so I have some Gen 1 Galaxy Buds (from 2019, so the very first model), and they're "alright". They're acceptable for what they are, but I definitely get way better quality from just some cheap wired earphones plugged directly into my computer's headphone jack, but of course years have gone by, I assume technology has improved, and I'm in the market to replace these Gen 1 buds.

If I wanted to spend less than $100, what would you recommend, and could you expect the audio quality to be on par with cheap wired earphones? (This is in Texas/USA, for reference).
