What settings for my pc ?

Hi ! I wanted to know if somebody knows which settings more likely to be up or down with my computer. I have an I5 10400F, RTX 5060, 16 GO RAM, SSD NVME... I know it's not a great thing but it's what i have, i know that's my CPU which bottlneck my pc. I tried a lot of things but i was never happy with them, i tried to put all settings on LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH... At MEDIUM i have some difficulties with LVL 10 mission with a lot of mobs, so i put DLSS ON in QUALITY, BALANCE but nothing really changed. I dont know what i need to change to lower my CPU usage (he's always around 80-90%). In full LOW settings i can play at 60 FPS (and more) in every type of mission (even LVL10). I want to have 60 FPS in MEDIUM settings (it's not a big deal if it'll be 45-50 fps). I don't know if i need to deactivate DLSS, if i need to put asynchronous thing etc... If someone can help me ! I'll be grateful. Thanks !
