Chaperone and intimate Male exam

Hey I Work with my wife in German medical Hospital and some urological diagnostic thentres with surgery. Wanna Check how your experiences about MEN as patients are when it comes to intimate exams at genitsls or where they are exposed.

My or our experiences is that most are not as shy as in USA but only those WHO got blood Penis / Grower or these ones which get curved/bent when erected. The typical meat penis or/ Shower cslled ones have not that Problem to Show me or my wife as nurse or esoecial female Assistent/ students.

What do you think is a curved Penis or shrinked a blood penis the reason many males are afraid of IT?

I heard of chaoerones in USA and many Male dont do csncer precention cause of shame? Thank you.
