MBA related career advice 🙂

9/9/7 GEM here from a reputed gov engg college in India.I have experience in big 4 of almost 2 months .But i dont have any position of responsibilities or haven't won any competitions or hackathons in my college days.Am I suitable for mba?I honestly dont know even if I go for it ,what shall i fill my resume with except jee ranks and boards marks as achievements.

Plz help 😭😭
