New Psionic Tornado: Worst Hazard, or Most Awful?

I am really enjoying the new enemies and all the upgrades in the current patch, except the tornado. I have an awesome PC, 5800 GPU and a Ryzen chip (IDR which one), and somehow it often doesn't render properly in the cities so you don't know where it's coming from, and once you're in it, you are just dead. Not immediately, no, you're going to get whipped around for 15 seconds completely unable to do anything - no stimming, no moving to claw your way out of it, just, sit back in your chair and be slowly obliterated for 15 seconds.

I don't know who was responsible for an invisible thing that moves around the map and sometimes just kills you, maybe it's the same guy who hasn't fixed the invisible floating corpses that you can get trapped behind, but, in an otherwise pretty interesting and fun patch, this thing is pure anti-democracy.
