whats reserve like?

looking to apply to AA, everyone ive told had nothing good to say about them so i want to hear from more people! im currently a FA for a different airline. here are a few questions:

is training paid? whats training like?

whats reserve like at AA, how does it vary per base?

what is schedule bidding like? pbs?

are you happy and were you happy starting out? why or why not?

does seniority climb quick or slow?

how long are you on reserve typically? i know it varies per base if possible im considering DFW, ORD, CLT, MIA (in that order)
