Possible bug? Customer doesn’t tell me what they want

Sadly I didn’t get a picture, but someone in the current pet event said they wanted a pizza with tropical toppings. The way I see it, there’s quite a few things they could’ve meant, so I asked “What?” But then they just said the same thing, they want a pizza with tropical toppings. Literally no clarification whatsoever.

So I had to just guess and gave them a Hawaiian pizza. That wasn’t what they wanted, but that’s on them. They could have meant a Hawaiian, or a Paradise Pie, or a seafood pizza, or a Coastal Classic… there’s too many options for “tropical” toppings, and absolutely no specifics were given. Idk if the dialogue for this order was supposed to be more specific or not, but this order just feels unfair. kinda like the “red and green fruits only” order requiring pesto sauce even though they don’t tell you that.
