Playpal rewards tips?

Hey everyone, I wanna try Playpal, but I'm wondering, is it possible to directly spend the amount of money asked for the 3rd tier, and it would just instantly validate all tiers? Or do you have to sepnd 1 euro for tier one, 3 euros for tier 2, and 5 euros for tier 3? I know this might sound stupid but I don't want to spend money for nothing so I'm asking just in case lol.
Also is there any way to see how long you've spent on a game? In case tracking lags etc I'd at least like to know :-)
