Issue with venmo statement

I recently joined dk and made the mistake of depositing through venmo quickly making 200$ of course my account was locked and I passed taking a picture with my id but there was an issue with verifying a bank statement since venmo is a joke with bank statements. I’m reaching out for any alternatives or advice to unlock my account
