Test tone for Audiofrog GS60?

What frequency test tone should I use to set the gain on my Audiofrog GS60 mid bass speakers?

They are high passed at 80 hz with a 24 dB LR filter and low passed at 300 hz with a 24 dB LR filter.

I used a 100hz 0dB tone yesterday and my gain ended up too high. I'm thinking 200 hz?

Any help would be appreciated!
