Withdrawal Methods on Upwork (freelancer, Pakistan, non-filer)

new to Upwork and trying to set up the withdrawal method for my earnings. But it seems that filling out tax information is necessary for adding ANY withdrawal method and can't find a way around it... any alternative paths?
- Payoneer is not a viable option in my case.
- prefer Direct Bank Transfer.
