Should i hold off resigning until the end of the year bonuses?

Haven't really been having a great time at work and looking to switch to a different type of practice with a better work-life balance. but we get pretty good bonuses in December - do you think 1 or 2 pretty paychecks (worth minimum 4x my salary) would be worth ~5 more months of despair? any words of wisdom/encouragement would be appreciated 🫠
