Software to display long form responses to writing prompts live in-class?

Technology

I teach creative writing and often do generative writing exercises during classes. I found that the traditional method of sharing, with getting students to read out loud what they have written, can lead difficulties with all involved, especially since many of my students are not native English speaker. So in the past year, I've experimented with adding a visual element, by displaying students' responses on the projector as they read, which has worked out quite well.

The issue is that I haven't been able to settle on the best website/software to do this. Mentimeter looks clean and is easy to navigate, but the low character count limit makes it unusuable. I've tried Google Forms and Microsoft Forms, but both are clunky. I checked out Pear Deck as well and wasn't a fan.

If you have any software suggestions or personal experience with doing something similar, I'd love to hear from you. I'm looking for any software that can display inidividal responses of about 100 to 200 words in a clean and easy readable manner. Thanks!
