do you guys think the demographics has some or a lot to do with the 'no fun' stigma this city has?

Like if you look at fun cities like Miami, LA, and New York, their demographics is a lot different than ours i think their majority is blacks/hispanics/whites whereas our majority is whites/south asians/asians
