Tiktok User says "girls can you pls stay just for 1min so i can afford a lawyer against him" - Legit or not?

Tiktok user @ saramora015 has about 20 similar posts using the same music, always with the caption "girls can you pls stay just for 1min so i can afford a lawyer against him" with some vague background of the floor or sky, or furniture etc.

And it has a lot of tractions, engagements - view, likes, comments.

I never want to doubt anyone who might claim they need help, but there is no evidence or explanation on her situation, and it's just a little suspicious. Even when I make donations or volunteer or help anyone, I would want to understand the situation first before deciding whether I'm supporting the right cause, you know?
