Counter Fraud Officer - Home Office

Anyone currently working as an EO Counter Fraud Officer at HM Passport Office?

I have an interview coming up and would really like to know what it’s like to work there. I’m currently working at the SFO, where the work is usually quite slow-paced and there’s a great work-life balance.
I applied for the Counter Fraud Officer role mainly because of the better salary and the opportunity to do more challenging work.
Could someone please give me an overview of what it’s like to work at the Home Office? Is the role based at HM Passport Office in Custom House, or elsewhere? What is the work-life balance like?
I’m going to be moving outside London and am planning to commute, so I’d also be interested to know how flexible the role is.
