Fix your damn game

Apparently I got banned because I "said the N word and other freaky stuff"

It would not have been a problem, but it was TAGGED in chat, and it's not my fault if the chat malfunctioned. I did not use any exploit, so FIX YOUR DAMN GAME instead of banning people for YOUR mistakes.

I previously opened tickets that sat for 3 days consecutively without any response talking about that bug and many others as well as an exploiter that was in my server, and I got no response at all, but I got banned in about an hour or 2.

This game was the only thing I played for days. I won't even try to appeal. In this mess
