Anyone else “open” their eyes?

I just wanted to start a conversation about this because I’ve never seen anyone speak on this and there’s nobody in my life I can ask about this without them looking at me like I’m crazy.

This is a question for those of you who can see things whether it be entities, auras, or other realms.

Do you have any kind of ritual or is there anything you notice your body/eyes doing on their own before you’re able to see?

When I want to see auras or other entities I relax my eyes and I’ll start to see everything around me get bright and go dim again over and over almost like someone’s turning the lights on and off. My pupils will grow and shrink over and over until my eyes adjust and then I can see. I like to do this in front of the mirror every once in a while because the pupil movement is fun to watch

I’m just curious to know if anyone does something similar.
