Question for private practice/clinic owners

I'm opening a small clinic in a few months and trying to get things set up the right way from the start. There are so many things to think about with systems, patient communication, billing, online presence, staff workflow, and security. What to do set up before opening and think if I should already have IT support from the start? 70% unsure of that, feel like kinda waste of money? Appreciate your time and insights
