I’ve been trying to learn how to start the second row for 8 HOURS. Can someone please help me

I feel like I’m going insane, I can chain, badly, but I can do it. What I can not do is start the second row. No matter what I do, no matter how many tutorials I watch I’m somehow doing it wrong despite doing exactly what the instructor is doing. Does anyone have any tips or videos they watched to learn how to start the second row. It’s been 8hours and I’m starting to feel pretty demoralised and like a huge idiot for not understanding.
