I think I have a slightly torn frenulum

So I had rough sex for a few days in a row and noticed a slight pain down on my frenulum area. It was starting to hurt just to even penetrate during sex. I figured something was up, so I checked my penis the next morning after showering and saw a tear down there. No blood. Just a sort of halfway tear through it and glistening pink due to it being a raw wound.

I did my research online about not having sex or masturbating for a week or two and went about 2 weeks without either, but I would still pull back on the foreskin to clean my penis when I showered everyday. I learned online I'm not even supposed to touch the foreskin because it was just reopening the wound, which it was because there was no difference after the first two weeks. So I was back to square one and didn't touch my foreskin for a whole week. When I checked after a week the cut seemed smaller, but there was a lot of smegma build up from not being able to wash my penis properly. So I cleaned it off and had a "test run" with a lot of lube during sex, taking it slow and easy. It went rather smoothly and I only felt a slight tugging sensation down there. No pain.

Afterwards, I was able to see the cut more clearly and it's down to a slight slit now, but still glistening around the slight opening. I gave it another 4 days and checked again, this time the smegma build up was pretty dry and it kind of hurt pulling back on the foreskin. I noticed a lot of white build up around the area of the cut and heard online these were white cells and I shouldn't wash them off, so I left them be. The slight cut slit is still there and a little visible under all the white stuff. I ended up masturbating because I was starting to go a little crazy from not being able to masturbate or have sex for so long, but I just stimulated the shaft without pulling back on the foreskin.

I ordered vitamin E oil and fish oil supplements because I heard this helps with the healing process and applied vasoline with a cutip swab. About how much longer should I wait for this to heal? And should I go see a doctor about this? There are no signs of infection, other than the smegma build up from not being able to wash properly and the foreskin is getting really dry making it hard to pull back on it with all the smegma. It doesn't smell, no pus, no bleeding, no pain.

I'm 39 years old. Not on any medications currently. I was just very sexually active and had a slight balantis build up, which I treated with non scented coconut oil soap and terrasil cream, which cleared it up right away, but right after that was when this year appeared.
