Does my ApplePay card number change? How to see history?

I need to send my transaction history for paperwork but the current card number and the card number on the account statement is different. I’ve also changed my name for the account months ago but it’s still showing an old name on my statement.

Is there a way to see a history of card number changes and name changes on your ApplePay?
