I am trying to sublease my studio apartment to someone for the Sep-August time. The apartment is on the BU campus close to the B,C, and D line and right near the BU Fenway bus stop. I am good with a lease takeover as well since it ends on the August 2027

Rent is $2,110 a month, heat and hot water included.
