Is bronze a fix to resources for irons?

if that’s the case, why doesn’t jagex just expand the fremenik seas to include an island unlocked by like… idk ratt catchers II or something that has a big dock area(instanced) with up to 20 randomized player owned stalls you could customize that irons could shop at. maybe have their own currency that’s 1/1 with gp that mains can cash in but irons cannot where players can sell off resources but not mega rares or reward drops.

to expand the shop maybe have some type of shop reputation system that unlocks more inventory slots. players could make their own prices and have their own sub ironman economy in the spirit of fally park in the old days.
