Preferred names at LJMU

I'm going to have my student ID mailed to my house, my question is will they put my legal name or preferred name on the front of the letter? They've used my preferred so far but I was wondering if since it's an ID they would have to use my legal name?

I know I can't make them change what they put or where they mail certain stuff to (I've tried)
