Talkative buyers

I sold a manga for like 3€ to what I assume must be a teenager by the way she speaks and she keeps asking me questions and tries to make conversation even after I've shipped the item. She's excited about the book and other books she likes and it's nice and wholesome, don't get me wrong, but at the same time I also get slightly frustrated (maybe that's a strong word but it works) every time she sends me another message on Vinted chat. It feels disrespectful to not reply, but part of me is also like "ok, but Vinted ain't technically a social network". Maybe I'm just a grumpy 30 years old, I don't know, but how do you handle talkative buyers?
