Setting expectations before anything else, because this sub deserves that. This is a browser game. No 3D, no client, no cinematics. It is closer to the **old persistent strategy games than to anything modern**. And it is small, which I will put actual numbers on below. I make it, so factor that in.

CozmoGame is a space strategy MMO. You get one planet, you build an economy, you research, you build fleets, and you share a galaxy with everyone else on the server. It runs in real time and it does not stop when you log out, so people raid each other, form alliances, and defend each other's planets.

The numbers, since vague claims are worthless here. Our first server got around **400 registrations**, the second **around 460**. We opened a third one this morning and I want it to **pass 500**. Concurrent peaks have been **40 and 55**. That is genuinely small and I am not going to dress it up.

On the money question, since it is the first thing this sub asks and rightly so. There is a premium currency. You can buy it and you can also earn it in game. I will not claim spending does nothing, because that is never true. What I can tell you is that on both servers the top of the rankings was players who put in time, not players who put in money, and anyone can go look at the rankings.

The reason for posting today is that a new server means everyone in it is at zero at the same time. For a game like this that is the only week where being new is not a handicap.
