PSA : Rite of ascension is bugged, don't pick it.

A non adc augment can break your game, it most likely won't get fixed anytime soon, since adcs can't get it. In the meantime, I'd advise to not pick it. Didn't experience it myself but it happened to my teammates 2 games back to back.

It can disable one of your abilities for the rest of the game. First game, our Jax who was our carry got jis W disabled after level 11 when he got his first Rite of ascension. Made the game unplayable for him (he was AP / hybrid).

Second game, AD Shaco got his Q disabled, enough said.
