Help me get cash 🙏

I'm staying near the old bazaar and need to pay my accommodation tmrw night. Unfortunately my wallet was stolen in Latvia so I am entirely reliant on Google Pay. Does anyone know of a nearby ATM that accepts Google pay or anywhere I might be able to withdraw money from it?
