Abdominal pain

Hi 25F. Ive had lower right abdominal pain for a few days. I got pressed on my abdomen by my primary care doctor and it did hurt a bit there but she didnt say it is appendicitis.

The pain started as sharp and strong one evening for a few seconds then it disappeared, then again the next day happened once or twice but not as strong, then following 2 days much less strong but more often during the day.

No vomiting or diarreah... Anyone have an idea if this is something bad? I have a lot of anxiety around health issues so it would help to know :) thank you
