Is Progesterone Worth It?

Advice Question

I'm 2 years on HRT, coming up on 3, and I have been very happy and content with my results so far. The one thing I'm just really yearning for is more breast development.

After the first year, my breasts haven't changed or grown very much, and I'm still using my first training bras I bought back when they started growing. I'm still a small A Cup, and all I hear is that progesterone helps with breast development and other things like nipple development. So, is it worth it to look into? I ask because my next endocrinologist appointment will be coming up in August, and I always chicken out asking for it.

How did you approach your endocrinologist about progesterone? Mine has yet to mention it at all, and I don't just want to sound like I'm talking to my doctor about something on WebMD, you know?

Also, as a smaller concern, will progesterone reduce period symptoms? I like the periods I get, and they're already too subtle in my opinion, so will this hormone reduce or eliminate periods all together. I ask because am I wrong that progesterone is the "pregnancy hormone"?

(As a clarification, I know that progesterone can't work miracles, and I don't expect to shoot up to a B or C Cup, I know I don't have a lot of big breasted genes in me. I just really wish my breasts were more obvious, for passing and self-esteem reasons, and I'm wondering if I should really try to ask about it at this next visit.)
