Birthday Dinner Party for Adults?

Good Morning Little Rock,
I am looking for somewhere for a birthday dinner party for an adult. Bbq is preferred but not required! No Mexican, Italian, or Asian food. Can be LR area or even NLR/ surrounding areas. Preferably somewhere not insanely expensive ($20-50 range)
Needs-
-Private room/ Party room (prefer to reserve/ use for free)
-Open on Wednesdays
TIA☺️
