Forced to do training outside out training room, what can I do?

I work at pro desk now. We are currently supervisorless
Most of our management is new, including the store manager (got here like 2 months ago)
At the pro desk there’s this PASA girl that thinks she’s the boss now and since I’m new it’s been taking advantage of that, she told me to do training and refused to let me go to the training room and made me sit in a desk that’s there to sit down with customers
I went to a manager but she said “to be patient because they don’t know how they do things here in this store and also to be patient for weeks even months until we get things figure out and a new supervisor” she said there’s that “mean girl” problem at the pro desk and wasn’t surprised to hear that the new person now noticed it.
Can I go to the training room and tell that girl that if she has an issue, to go to management? Or should I contact district? I thought the training room was meant for you to do training there. They don’t need me in the back of pro desk. She just keeps me there to monitor me which, why? She’s in her phone or yapping most of the time. Not working.
