Should i upgrade from Samsung S20 Fe Exynos 8/128 to Nothing Phone 3a 12/256gb?

So as the title goes, I am thinking of buying anything in the budget of 350 euros?

Is Nothing Phone 3a a good upgrade or should i look for something else.

I kinda like the looks of Phone 3a and a3 Pro alot.

I found Nothing Phone 3a for 240 euros from a seller.
