Starter hegar kit with shipping from EU recommendations

I'm thinking of getting some sounds, but so far searching for them has been... frustrating to say the least. I'm in Europe, Poland specifically, and while I've found a few different Hegar kits they're not marked with what kind of steel (304 or 316 stainless) they're made of. And that makes me somewhat distrustful of their quality. Most recommendations online are, unfortunately, US-centric. So it involves waiting for about a month for it to ship. I could get something made out of silicone, and I'm planning to, but I don't think it's a good fit for my first toy.

Can I just buy them from a medical store? I can see that they are available here, at prices that are within reason. Marked as cervical dilators, but from what I can tell, they should be fine as a urethral toy too.
