Cheap quality hawas sapphire

I just received hawas sapphire from fragrancebuy and I opened the box, atomizer off the bottle and dirt/cardboard looking stuff on the bottle. Not a big deal, put the atomizer back on and wipe the stuff off. But then the atomizer feels so much cheaper compared to hawas Malibu and tropical. It’s almost plasticy vs the metal look the other ones have. The cap felt a bit different but the click was definitely higher quality than other hawas.

Long story short, has anyone noticed a lack of quality in the bottle or is it just mine?
