messed up applying for hostel

so i initally only sent the documents required to one email address (ddnsaw@ceme.nust.edu.pk) instead of both listed on ceme's site, today i found that out after my name was in the allotment list but no remarks

i forwarded that email to accts.cdtwing@ceme.nust.edu.pk today, also sent an email saying that i forgot to send the docs to this email aswell.

am i safe? how long would it take for them to process it? also i noticed alot of other students also didnt have remarks saying that they need to psy fees, what does that mean?

i might be being a little paranoid
