PCharge Winter Orb Upgrade

Looking for advice on where to improve my winter orb build. Ideally upgrades cheaper than 100 div to improve damage and survivability - still dying sometimes to breach marshalls, and also not really able to do maps with 20/40% deli smoothly.

Have thought about the light of meaning/unnatural instinct set up, but it seemed pretty point hungry for the payoff, though I'd be happy to be told otherwise.
