Lupron for Egg retrieval?

This is my 5 ER
Each started with an afc of around 20, and while our last 2 blast rates were pretty (2 blasts of 12) bad prior to that it was about 50%

This round I was just told when we would start no discussion about the protocol.

We started with Lupron, and agystin. I’m on day 9 of stims (300iu gonal-f and 150 menopur) and I only have 5 eggs growing. I’m still doing 5iu Lupron. Everything about the cycle has seemed off, I don’t feel anything other than massive headaches.

The dr today told me that the growth of the follicles has been very discordant. Which I can tell. There are 10 follicles but only 5 are growing.

They keep telling me that the Lupron will give me better eggs quality but from everything I am reading that’s just not a really accurate. Additionally I don’t have DOR (35 yo, amh 3.3) no endo.

Please tell me that this is not the dumpster fire I feel like it is.
