First attempt at stop-motion with my 9yo son! Looking for beginner feedback

Hey everyone,

I wanted to share a little passion project my now 9 year old son and I have been working on called Pasta Man**.**
We started the channel when he was around 7 as a way to do something creative together. Before jumping in, I had zero experience with stopmotion, video editing or software like Adobe Premiere, so it’s been a massive learning curve for both of us! Learning the basics from scratch has been an absolute blast.
Unfortunately, our family had to deal with some health issues that lasted well over a year, so production had to take a back seat. We've only managed to make a couple of episodes so far, but things are looking up now, and we are both really excited to get back behind the camera and create some more.
The animations and editing are definitely very basic (rubbish!) at this stage, but we’d love to hear your thoughts! Any constructive feedback and tips for beginners or advice would be hugely appreciated.
